Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Chisamba Crest Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while actively promoting and selling our products. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, helping to drive the company’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct client meetings to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales tactics as needed.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
