Job Purpose

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for the development & performance of all sales activities of Branch/ Depot. Maintaining contact with dealers/channel sales partner to ensure high level of satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, through developing and implementing customer plans and servicing customers. Work with the Sales Manager to make sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years proven experience in sales
  • Sales and Marketing of Paint and Building Materials will be a plu s
  • Must have worked or a good network on the Copperbelt and Northern part of Zambia
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer serv ice.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a member of ZIM
