As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of a high-energy team driving our expansion and impact across Zambia. You will sell services that matter—HR consulting, executive recruitment, outsourced staffing, training, and psychometric assessments—to businesses that want to thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell Hatch Talent Solutions services to clients across sectors

Identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships

Engage with HR decision-makers and executives to pitch tailored solutions

Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Prepare proposals, attend client meetings, and collaborate with delivery teams
-
Represent Hatch at corporate networking events and exhibitions
Qualifications & Experience
-
Grade Twelve Certificate
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
-
3 years’ prior experience in B2B sales, recruitment, HR services, or training sales is a plus.

Strong in Business Development skill and Sales Acumen
-
Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills
-
Highly self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
-
Previous work experience in an HR Consultancy Firm is desirable.

Proficient in digital tools (email, social media platforms)

A member of Zambia Institute of Marketing
