ZDA-Henan Guoji Development Company Limited, a Joint Venture Company between the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), Ndola City Council and Henan Guoji Industry Group Company of China, is developing the two Housing projects in Lusaka and Ndola comprising of over 1000 medium and high cost houses of various types, designs and sizes. Incorporated in the housing projects are infrastructure such as internal tarred road, electricity, water and sewerage systems including property management services such as security, waste collection and disposal and routine maintenance and repair.   Henan Guoji has invested and established trade exchanges with African countries such as Guinea, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Congo-Kinshasa and Cote d’Ivoire.

SILVEREST HOUSING PROJECT – LUSAKA

This project started in 2013 and is a partnership between Henan Guoji and Zambia Development Agency. The project is fully fledged and currently has more than 600 fully built houses with more than 350 houses sold and mostly occupied.

HILLPARK HOUSING PROJECT – NDOLA

This project is in its infancy stage and started in 2019, it is a joint venture project with Ndola City council. It is expected that the project will have around 600 housing units.

Both projects have similar key features that includes but not limited to the following: Gated and enclosed in a boundary concrete block fence, one entrance/exit point manned by security personnel and CCTV, tarred road access to all housing units, street lighting (complimented by CCTV on the streets), garbage collection, home owner’s association active, property management & maintenance services and all housing units on separate Title Deeds encompass social amenities to include shopping mall, swimming pool, gym, school, hospital, place of worship among others.
