Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kitwe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices to all customers accurately and on time.

Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations, including support for day-to-day client quote requests.

Manage supplier and vendor registration processes.
-
Coordinate and submit supplier tenders in a timely manner.

Conduct age analysis reports for sales representatives (debtors tracking).

Handle quotation requests via email, phone, and on behalf of field sales reps.

Process customer orders received by phone, email, or mail, ensuring pricing and discounts are correctly applied.

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Respond to leads from Karcher and provide timely quotations.

Answer client inquiries related to accounts or product information.

Manage urgent communications when sales representatives are unavailable.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales and delivery processes.

Handle all correspondence between the company and its customers.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
