Job Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator will take the lead in promoting and selling our range of cosmetic products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Work closely with Head Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. This role requires a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry, the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, and the drive to exceed sales goals.

Promote and sell cosmetic products to customers.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.

Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

Help Clients to maintain a clean and organized sales area.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Keep track of inventory and restock products as needed.

Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.

Prepare sales reports and present them to management.

Participate in promotional events and trade shows.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Manage social media accounts to promote products and engage with customers.

Primary Areas of Accountability:
Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration
-
Must have at least
4-6 years of Sales and Marketing
-
Must have proven sales experience of 3-4 years for the Copperbelt and Northern part of Zambia
-
Sales experience in FMCGs or beauty skin products will be a plus
-
Must be well networked with Chain Stores and Beauty Products Shops on
the Copperbelt and Northern part of Zambia

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
