We are looking for A Vibrant, Energtic, Motivated and Passionate Sales Engineer who can:
Your Role
-
Plan and Prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contract towards agreed business aims, Inc. costs and sales- especially managing personal time and productivity.

Manage equipment sales for Copperbelt and North Western Region achieving set monthly/yearly targets. Debtor’s management and timely collections within agreed credit periods.

Undertake proposals, Inc. the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales
-
Support sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.

Maintain regular contact with all customers especially key accounts
-
Develop and maintain good customer relations
-
Support sales through the effective provision of sales data Inc timely recording of visit and action reports.
-
Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
-
Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken.

Develop and deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales
-
Consistently analyze the business across the sales area, Inc. customer spending on both Atlas Copco equipment accounts and competitor accounts in order to benefit the business.

Attend to training and develop relevant knowledge and skills

Any other business as maybe assigned

To succeed, you will need
-
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any Engineering discipline with minimum 3years Sales experience.

Member of the EIZ or relevant bodies
-
Full grade twelve certificate or equivalent
Key knowledge, attributes, skills, and abilities

Have an understanding and an ability to use technical / professional knowledge and information.

Able to promote, develop and maintain a culture conducive to quality throughout the organization and to improve its performance.

Able to positively persuade, convince and impress others in order to achieve results

Maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction , take action when needed to meet the expectations of the customer
