Your Job Role

Drive sales to achieve the annual revenue target

Be the solutions expert – consult with customers to understand their long-term objectives, demonstrate our products to the market and show the true value to our customers, enabling them to be the best in their sector.

Be the voice of customers and have knowledge on market trends and forecast. Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

Establish and maintain regular contact with customers, especially key accounts, ensuring an excellent brand image.

Atlas Copco Power Technique strategies implementation to drive continuous growth to remain a market leader within our targeted segments.

Continuous growth of sales with a particular focus on new products, new Segments and along with existing business.

Grow the Market share for diesel Generators, Light Towers and Energy storage systems.

Become a proactive ambassador of brand promotion. Actively promoting all solutions to our customers, providing demonstrations on-site and at our Innovation Centre.

Dealer management, Training to all Dealers manpower and keep them updated on the new products and our policies.
-
Deliver performance insights to your customers by leveraging the data available using the digital solutions within our portfolio.

Keep close control on payment collections.
-
Any other responsibility assigned by the Business Line Manager as and when required.
What we expect of you?
-
Engineering background and relevant sales/service/marketing experience.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical/Business
-
Experience in a similar position with a minimum of 2-4 years
-
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales of Technical Products
-
Have a passion for customer engagement and problem-solving attitude.

Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools, C4C and Power Point Presentation skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
