Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in designated territories or product lines.
• Promote and sell our wide range of furniture solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions via digital platforms, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, including interior designers, retailers,  contractors, and resellers, with minimal in-person supervision.
• Assess customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with earnings directly linked to performance.
• Collect and report valuable market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales; experience in furniture, retail or interior design sectors is highly desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic proficiency in using online tools (email, WhatsApp, social media, video conferencing).
• Minimum qualification: Grade 12, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field also an added advantage
