We source precious metals and gemstones locally and hand craft these into artistic creations. The company comfortably sits as a market leader in the local jewelry space.
POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE
The successful Sales Executive will be a vibrant goal getter with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will be able to take ownership of their work. They will exhibit an ability to develop and nurture new and existing relationships with clients which ultimately lead to sales of products.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
i) Identify and generate qualified leads
ii) Convert leads to sales
iii) Increase sales amongst local buyers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of fine jewelry
Strong business acumen
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Proven track record in sales and business development.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Basic understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry market
QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate or Diploma in Marketing and Sales or any Business or related field.
Previous experience in sales and/or business development (in the jewelry industry preferred).
PERSONAL TRAITS
Charismatic and courteous individual.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
