Job Purpose

The Club Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that will drive business development, client relations, contract and payment negotiations, member acquisition, support strengthening the relationships with existing members and stimulate their Club engagement and loyalty, thus ensuring sustainable growth.

Job responsibilities

· Come up with the Club sales budget for each segment scheduled throughout the year.

· Overseeing or conducting door-to-door sales calls.

· Publicity, Communication and Marketing.

· Regularly onsite sales calls of +50 a week to existing and prospective customers.

· Achieved an average ADR of not less than $150 in rooms with 500 Room nights at 85% occupancy monthly.

· Securing and managing rate contracts between the Club and the Corporates, NGO’s, STO’s and any other.

· Measuring impact of marketing initiatives against the set objectives of the campaigns and designated budgets

· Planning cooperates events for networking and customer appreciation as well as product exhibitions for product launches and demonstrations.

· Report on marketing & industry/competitor activities, product concepts with reference to market offers/substitutes.

· Maintain, develop & promote effective networks with competitors.

Required Qualifications

· Must have a diploma or higher in hospitality, Marketing and/or Public Relations or any related qualification from a reputable college or University.
