Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will responsible for generating leads and providing appropriate solutions for customers to boost customer acquisition levels. Analyze market potential and track sales apart from working towards profitability goals. Work with the Sales Manager to make sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years work experience in sales and marketing
  • Must have worked on the Copperbelt in Sales for 2-3 years with a good network
  • Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Must have sales experience in FMCGs or manufacturing sector
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a member of ZIM
