Role Description

This is an internship role for a Sales Intern at IT-IQ Zambia. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer communication, and sales support. This is an on-site role located in Lusaka, Zambia. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and develop valuable skills in customer service and sales management.

The successful candidate will be trained on and work in the following areas:

The business sales cycle
Customer engagement and follow ups
Product and market research
Supplier engagement
Document management
Office administration

They will also receive training to be competent on Dynamics 365 and O365 Applications.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification for this Role is a Degree Sales, ICT or Business from a
recognised institution.
Ability to demonstrate good organisational skills
Must be an effective communicator and proficient in English.
Ability to handle multiple streams of work concurrently.
Should have a basic level of proficiency with O365
Must be a eligible to work in Zambia.
