(SAEA) is a leading engineering company engaged in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, and plant hire services. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers to drive business growth through technical sales and client relationship management.
Job Purpose
The Sales Engineers will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting the company’s engineering and plant hire services, and providing technical support to clients to ensure successful project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering projects and plant hire services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain SAEA’s products and services.
Collaborate with the tendering and project teams to develop proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Provide after-sales support and follow up on client satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales, business development, or project acquisition within the engineering or construction industry.
Strong understanding of engineering solutions and ability to translate technical concepts to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for business engagements.
