Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential clients.

Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.

Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and market dynamics.
Account Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Conduct regular visits to client premises to address concerns, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
Product Promotion and Merchandising:

Effectively demonstrate and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.

Optimize product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in retail outlets.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including sales figures, market analysis, and competitor insights.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Market Expansion:

Identify and develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding our customer base.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for new markets.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.

Proven sales experience (2 – 3+ years), preferably in the FMCG sector.

Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
