Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential clients.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and market dynamics.

Account Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct regular visits to client premises to address concerns, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

Product Promotion and Merchandising:

• Effectively demonstrate and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Optimize product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including sales figures, market analysis, and competitor insights.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and develop strategies for entering new markets and expanding our customer base.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for new markets.
• Will carry out any other tasks the superiors assign to him/her.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience (2 – 3+ years), preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
