Job Title: Sales Personnel x3

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team on a paid and commission basis. As a Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for promoting our detergent products to distributors, such as wholesale shops, and building strong relationships with them to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and approach potential distributors in assigned territories
– Present and demonstrate our products to distributors, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
– Negotiate sales agreements and ensure timely delivery of products
– Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure repeat business and referrals
– Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
Requirements:
– Grade 12 Certificate with good grades
– Diploma in Marketing or a related field
– Traceable track record of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong networking and relationship-building skills
– Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
– Valid driver’s license (optional but an added advantage)
