Key Responsibilities
Sales Functions:

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their ICT needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our ICT products and services to confidently articulate value propositions to clients.

Client Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Social Media Functions:

Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to promote DATAMATE ICT LIMITED’s brand and offerings.

Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns that align with overall business goals and drive leads.

Analytics: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, interpreting data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to continually enhance our digital presence.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ICT or technology sectors.
