Job Title: Sales Representative (Female)
Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Lusaka
Job Purpose:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Bienvenue Private Security’s services to potential and existing clients. She will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals

Promote and sell the company’s security services (manned guarding, close protection, electronic surveillance, etc.) to corporate, residential, and individual clients.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct presentations, client meetings, and security service demonstrations.

Prepare and submit sales reports, proposals, and contracts.

Work closely with the operations and administration team to ensure client needs are met.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an added advantage)

Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in security services or related industries is an advantage).

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication).

Goal-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.

Must be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
