   DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES
  
  
   - 
    Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximize sales
   
 
   - 
    Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
   
 
   - 
    Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
   
 
   - 
    Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
   
 
   - 
    Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
   
 
   - 
    Expedite the resolutions of customer’s problems and complaints to maximize customer’s satisfactions
   
 
   - 
    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
   
 
   - 
    Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
   
 
   - 
    Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed
   
 
   - 
    Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
   
 
   - 
    Educate customers about product features, promotions and loyalty programs to enhance sales
   
 
   - 
    Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
   
 
   - 
    Restock shelves and display areas as needed to ensure product efficiently.
   
 
   - 
    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
   
 
   - 
    Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
   
 
   - 
    Ensure smooth and organized management of customer data, sales activities, and follow – up schedules.
   
 
   - 
    Assist in loading of stock for our customers
   
 
   - 
    Maintain detailed and up- to date records of client interactions in the system provided by the organization.
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that all receipts are written each time a customer buys any products.
   
 
   - 
    Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
   
 
   - 
    Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales flow
   
 
   - 
    Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
   
 
  
  
   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  
  
   - 
    Full Grade 12 Certificate
   
 
   - 
    Must have Certificate in any field – Added Advantage
   
 
   - 
    Must have a Minimum of 1 years’ working experience
