Job Description:
Pivotal Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team in Lusaka. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other means.

Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Maintain and expand the customer base.

Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics.

Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales.
