Our client in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representatives with exceptional abilities in managing client relations to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and converting them into loyal customers, driving the growth of the solar product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients who are interested in adopting solar energy solutions.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their energy needs, and present the benefits of our client’s solar products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition, addressing any concerns or objections, and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Actively listen to existing and prospective client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's solar product offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, emphasizing the financial savings, environmental impact, and long-term advantages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing structures.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, maximizing revenue generation.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Regularly analyse sales data, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, product improvements, and market opportunities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3 years proven sales experience of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Extensive experience in client acquisition and lead generation, with a strong ability to identify and pursue potential clients effectively.
  • Proven skills in prospecting, cold calling, networking, and generating qualified leads
    • Familiarity with the solar energy industry, including an understanding of solar products, installation processes, and industry trends.
