Job Purpose

The Sales Representative will responsible for generating leads and providing appropriate solutions for customers to boost customer acquisition levels. Analyse market potential and track sales apart from working towards profitability goals. Work with the Sales Manager to make sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years progressive experience in sales.
  • Must have proven sales and marketing experience for the Copperbelt region for more than 2 years
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge on the use of a Smart Phone
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Must be a member of ZIM
