JOB BRIEF

We are looking for competitive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join the team of Direct Sales Agents in the ongoing door to door marketing and sales campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To carry out every day field marketing and managing prospects
To market and successfully convert the company products into sales
Mapping and strategizing on the given targets and area of operation
To carry out market research in the given area of operation
To act as the direct point of contact for the company
To lead a team of sales reps in the given region
To compile daily field sales reports

REQUIREMENTS

Must be energetic and hungry for sales
Must be self-motivated and result driven
Must be smart, creative and wide thinker
Must have an insatiable appetite for big sales
Must poses an eye for opportunities everywhere
Must have a successful and proven sales experience
Must poses ability to work without close supervision
Must be computer literate and wielding good understanding of Tech
Must have excellent communication skills and must own a smartphone
Must be fluent in English, Nyanja and 1 other local language Sales and
Marketing qualifications are an added advantage
Must be ready to start immediately
