· Actively prospect and qualify leads to identify potential customers.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the products/services.
· Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
· Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
· Gather and analyze data to identify potential sales opportunities.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
· Set and achieve sales goals and targets within specified time frames.
· Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
· Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
· Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold.
· Bachelor’s degree /Diploma/Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (sometimes preferred).
