𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:

Stimuli PR is seeking a experienced dynamic and results driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to drive the sales of promotional materials and merchandise to both new and existing clients. Your role will be instrumental in helping our clients enhance their brand visibility and engage with their target audience effectively. We are looking for a proactive innovative, and creative thinking professional who is passionate about the field of promotional branding.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their promotional material needs and offering tailored solutions.

– Stay updated on our range of promotional materials and merchandise, providing clients with expert guidance on product selection for their branding needs.

– Prepare compelling proposals and quotes for clients, tailored to their unique requirements.

– Oversee the entire order process, from product selection to the delivery of finished goods, ensuring clients satisfaction and a seamless experience.

– Stay up to date with latest industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

– Work closely with the PR and production teams to align promotional material offerings with client needs.

– Maintain records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).

– Proven 2 year minimum experience in sales, preferably in the promotional materials or related industry.

– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

– Strong communication and negotiation skills.

– Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.

– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

– Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

– Hold a valid manual driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
