We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our organization and take the helm of our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, motivating, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Strategic Planning: Implement effective sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. Identify market opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to drive growth.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Customer Relationship Management: Oversee client interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on team performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or leadership roles.

Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and printing equipment industry and a solid understanding of market trends and customer needs.
