Job Purpose:
-
Responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of Luta School to achieve the aims and learning outcomes for the school.
Specific Key Responsibilities:
School Administration
-
Pupil registration and maintenance of registration records.
-
Undertakes effectively the development of work schedules.
-
Ensuring the timely development of individual work plans and implementation of the annual performance appraisal system in order to monitor, evaluate and enhance performance.

Plans and submits Schemes of work for each term.
-
Planning, running and supervising school activities.
-
Supervising academic, administrative and ancillary staff
Filling returns with government offices
Office Management and Administration
-
Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling pupil accounts.

Ensures proper utilization, care and security of all school fixed and movable assets.
-
Ensures that the physical appearance of the school is maintained, and that cleaning is done on a regular basis.

Liaising with service providers to facilitate provision of goods and services as and when they are needed.
-
Handling petty cash, reconciliation of petty cash and float and submitting monthly reports to the CEO.

Purchasing, managing and monitoring usage of office supplies by maintaining stock records.
-
Processing all payments for office utility bills.

Maintaining a fixed asset register.
Marketing and Customer relations
-
Defends and promotes the good image of the school.
-
Provide excellent customer service and communication.
-
Undertaking market research strategies to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
-
Developing and implementing appropriate marketing and sales strategies to enhance the school’s positioning and visibility in the market.

Create and manage company social media campaigns and oversee website management.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Perform any other related duties as may be delegated by the Education Coordinator/ or any other member of the Senior Management Team
Job Requirements

Full grade 12 school certificate
-
Degree in Primary school education
-
At least 2 years relevant private school experience

Computer literate with good social media skills

Good marketing skills

Good management skills

Good communication skills
