Egan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Counselor to support students’ emotional and psychological well-being. The School Counselor will provide guidance, address behavioral issues, and help students develop coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Develop and implement programs for social and emotional development
• Assist students in setting personal and academic goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs
• Maintain confidential records and documentation of counseling sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Valid counseling certification or license
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in counseling tools and MS Office
