Job Description:
Unity Horizon is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Counselor to provide support and guidance to students. The School Counselor will be responsible for addressing students’ emotional, social, and academic needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Assist students with academic planning and career development.
• Address and resolve student behavioral and emotional issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs.
• Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being.

Requirements:

• Relevant counseling certification and qualifications.
• Strong understanding of student developmental stages and counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in counseling and mental health support techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in school counseling.
