Dovecot College of Health Sciences is looking for a Secretary who will provide
secretarial services under the Administration Department.
DUTIES:
Handling student queries
Answering and directing phone calls
Developing presentations or reports
Maintains office filing systems
Managing databases
Scheduling appointments
Coordinating with other organizations
Greeting visitors, business clients and guests
Handle confidential information with discretion
Maintaining college schedules
Managing projects
Meeting coordination
Reports directly to the Administrative Assistant/ Officer
Qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Secretarial Certificate with typing speed of 50/50 words per minute and shorthand speed of 80/90 words per minute, and at least (2 years) secretarial work experience
