Security Manager

Job Description: ZamProgress seeks a Security Manager to oversee and manage the security operations across our facilities. The Security Manager will develop and implement security policies, supervise security staff, and ensure the safety and security of all assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Supervise and train security personnel to ensure effective performance.
Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
Manage and monitor security systems and equipment.
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Proven ability to manage a security team and coordinate with other departments.
Proficiency in security technologies and systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
