Senior B2B Sales Executive

Contract Period: 3 months (possibility of extension based on performance)
Location: Lusaka, Zambia (with travel to client sites)
Industry: Electronic Tolling (B2B Sales)

About the Role

Book Now Zambia is the market leader in electronic tolling solutions, giving businesses universal access to all toll stations in Zambia, including both government-operated and privately managed plazas. Our network, reputation, and technology remain unmatched in the market.

We are launching an intensive three-month sales drive to re-engage prospects, revive dormant accounts, and close new business. We are seeking two high-performing B2B Sales Executives (one at Junior level and one at Senior level) to drive this initiative.

This is a hands-on sales role. Exceptional performers may fast-track into long-term opportunities, including leading a sales team as a Sales Manager or taking full commercial ownership of a specific product line, particularly as we expand into new offerings in 2026. We believe leadership is earned, before you can lead others or manage a product portfolio, you must first prove you can deliver exceptional results yourself. In sales, results speak louder than titles. Prove you can open doors and close deals, and you will write your own future here.

Cover letter answering all three questions:

  1. Describe your most successful B2B sale and what made it successful.
  2. Give an example of when a client stopped using a service you sold them, and explain what you did to win them back — or what your strategy would be if this has not happened to you.
  3. Assume you must close 20 accounts in three months. How many calls, meetings, and follow-ups would you plan for, and why?

Optional but Highly Recommended:

A two-minute sales pitch video using this scenario: You are selling electronic toll accounts to a logistics company operating 50 trucks. Convince the CEO to sign up the entire fleet within two minutes.
