Job Purpose

The Manager – IT Security twill lead the bank’s IT security efforts. Be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the bank’s information security strategies and programs to protect our digital assets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and safeguard sensitive data against cyber threats. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT security practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the bank’s information assets. Ensure security policies are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in a Commercial Bank or financial services industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies, risk management, and incident response.
