Job Summary:
Mulungushi Innovations is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to oversee key operations and drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor departmental managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.

Monitor daily operations across various departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets for departments, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals. Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives across the organization. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
