Job Description:
Prosper Zambia is looking for a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between the customer and the service department. The Service Advisor will manage service appointments, address customer concerns, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service needs.

Schedule service appointments and provide cost estimates.

Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.

Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in automotive service management is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in service management software and tools.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor or in a similar role.
