Job Summary:
Mulungushi Innovations is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and safety. Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions to restore equipment to operational status. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assist in troubleshooting.

Installation:
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Provide training to clients on proper use and maintenance.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used. Prepare reports for management and clients as needed.

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service options, timelines, and costs.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., electrical, mechanical).

3+ years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
