What You’ll Do
- Craft Authentic Shawarma: Marinate, stack, and roast meat (chicken, beef, lamb) on a vertical rotisserie
- Perfect the Slice: Expertly carve thin, juicy slices for pita wraps, plates, and salad bowls
- Build Flavorful Creations: Layer warm pita bread, fresh veggies, and signature sauces for each order
- Maintain Kitchen Excellence: Keep your station spotless, manage inventory, and comply with food‑safety standards
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our team to refine menu items and introduce seasonal specials
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: 2+ years as a shawarma or rotisserie chef, ideally in a fast‑paced fast food restaurant
- Knife Skills: Precision slicing and portion control
- Culinary Passion: Deep understanding of spices, marinades, and traditional cooking techniques
- Team Player: Reliable, communicative, and ready to roll up your sleeves
