SHOP MANAGERS
LOCATIONS: SESHEKE (X1), MONGU (X1), KAOMA (X1)
DEADLINE: MONDAY, 22ND JULY, 2024.

Job Responsibilities:
• Train, manage, and schedule shop staff. Monitor performance and address issues.
• Order stock, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Handle banking, manage expenses, and prepare sales reports.
• Maintain high standards, handle complaints and queries, and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years in retail management, preferably
in food or meat industry.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, organization,
inventory management, POS proficiency.
• Knowledge: Retail operations, sales techniques, customer service, food safety regulations.
• Traits: Fast-paced work adaptability, problem-solving, proactive management.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school certificate; preferred Diploma in business or retail management.
• Language: English proficiency; local languages beneficial.
