Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities at our job sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate work crews, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and efficiency on-site.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the construction team and project management. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the project schedule. Develop solutions to overcome challenges that may arise.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and incident reports. Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
