Environment Africa Zambia – Job Alert: Skills Center Manager- Kazungula district

Environment Africa Zambia (EAZ) is hiring for an upcoming three-year project, Strengthening the Resilience of Young People, Children, and Women to Climatic, Economic, and Health Shocks in Zambia and Zimbabwe, funded by terre des hommes Deutschland. This project, based in Kazungula and Mwandi Districts, will focus on climate resilience, food security, youth employment, and health adaptation, particularly benefiting young women and girls in an area increasingly impacted by extreme the negative impacts of climate change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of EAZ’s Skills Center, dedicated to training youth, women, and communities in various vocational skills, including Smart Climate Agriculture, beekeeping, catering, hotel management and many more.
• Manage training programs and develop marketing strategies to enhance youth engagement and employment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Skills Training, or Entrepreneurship.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a college principal or senior trainer, with strong training and marketing skills.
