Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure visual and textual content aligns with brand standards.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster relationships with followers and engage in conversations to build a loyal community.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Trends and Innovation: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new formats and features to enhance engagement and reach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for promotions and events.
Crisis Management: Develop protocols for addressing negative comments or crises on social media. Maintain a professional and positive brand image during challenging situations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
