a) Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
b) Create and curate engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
c) Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
d) Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
e) Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance
f) Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
g) Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
1) Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
2) Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
3) Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
4) Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
5) Good understanding of social media KPIs
6) Familiarity with web design and publishing
7) Excellent multi-tasking skills

13) BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
