Pivotal Solutions is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence in Lusaka. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive social media efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:
