We are looking for a talented and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee and manage Zambia Jobs’ social media presence. This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals.

Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and posts.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and growth.

Collaborate with other marketing team members to create integrated marketing strategies.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.

Ability to create engaging content for diverse social media channels.

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Skills:

Creative thinking and content creation.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Experience:

At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
