Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to provide support and resources to individuals and families in need. The Social Worker will assess client needs, develop intervention plans, and connect clients with appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families.
• Connect clients with community resources and services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and assist with navigating social systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in case management and client support.
• Strong problem-solving and advocacy skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in social work or a related role.
