Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is hiring a Sociologist to study and analyze social behaviors, interactions, and institutions. The Sociologist will conduct research, analyze social trends, and provide insights to support social programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sociological research and analyze social data.
• Study social behaviors, relationships, and institutions.
• Develop and implement research methodologies and surveys.
• Prepare reports and presentations on sociological findings.
• Collaborate with other researchers and social agencies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sociologist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sociological theories and research methods.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong problem-solving and reporting abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in sociological research.
