Job Overview:

As a Full Stack Software Developer Intern at ISWE, you’ll work closely with our experienced development team on projects that include ERP solutions and data analytics platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in building and maintaining both front-end and back-end systems within a dynamic, fast-paced, and client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and help design, develop, and implement full stack software solutions, including ERP modules.
• Assist in developing and customizing both front-end and back-end components, with a primary focus on on JavaScript and Python.
• Support the integration of third-party applications and APIs with our software systems.
• Assist in developing data analytics solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data processing pipelines.
• Analyze project scope and contribute to creating detailed requirement documents.
• Follow best practices in software development to ensure code readability, maintainability, and security.
• Develop proficiency in using Git for version control and code management..
• Assist in debugging, testing, and maintaining web applications on a Linux platform.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker to streamline deployment processes.
• Contribute to creating and updating technical documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Strong focus on backend development, utilizing Python and JavaScript to build scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Interest in ERP systems and data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Git version control.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies in a practical setting.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker and other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with additional data analytics tools and libraries.
• Interest in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Introductory knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, or Supply Chain Management.
