Job Description:
Chikondi Capital is seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to handle the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. The Solar Panel Installer will ensure that solar panels are installed efficiently and safely to maximize energy production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site assessments and determine optimal panel placement.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide customer support and education on system use and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar panel installation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology and installation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in solar panel installation is a plus.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using installation tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation.
