Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions.

Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their energy needs.

Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable solar solutions.

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Prepare and present customized proposals, including cost-benefit analyses.

Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and meet revenue goals.

Ensure accurate contract documentation and compliance with company policies.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in solar energy.

Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, project management, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution.

Participate in sales meetings and provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.

Post-Sales Support:

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and coordinating after-sales support.

Monitor project delivery timelines and provide updates to clients as needed
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in solar energy sales or a similar role.

Strong understanding of solar energy systems and related financial incentives.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
